As a customer of lmstore, we will hold information provided by you for the statutory record holding period of the ATO.

Information we collect

As provided by you, the customer, we collect the following information allowing us to provide you services:

• Name
• Billing Address
• Phone number
• Email address

If you identify yourself as a business customer, we will also collect the name of the organisation, your position within the organisation and your Australian Business Number or equivalent.

In addition, we also collect one signature and one photocopy of a photo identification document (e.g. driver’s licence or passport) when you arrive at our place of business.

At the termination of your service, we will need to collect identifying information for a bank account in order to return your bond.

Storing your information

Your contact information (name, address, phone and email) is temporarily stored on this website’s server, and permanently stored in our cloud-based accounting package.

Your photo identification and signed copy of our Terms and Conditions document are stored in hard-copy and in electronic format on computers and also in our cloud based accounting system.

At the termination of your service, we will temporarily store the details of a bank account of your choice with our accounting provider in order to return your bond.

Using your information

We use your contact information to send you invoices for our services. We may also inform you of any offers and issues with your individual service.

Disclosing your information

Our cloud-based accounting software provider (also based in Australia) may use your contact information in an anonymous aggregated form.

We hold your photo identification only for proof of identity, which may be disclosed to authorities if required under law.

We hold a copy of your signed Terms and Conditions document for the purpose of establishing you have agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in that document in a legal setting.

Accessing your information

As required by the Freedom of Information Act 1982, you are entitled to request access and have corrections made to personal information we hold about you.
