Additional costs

All parking and storage spaces will incur a bond equivalent to three months rental.

An amount of $55 will be charged for the hire of each access key.

If fees remain unpaid for a period of 14 days we reserve the right to impose a late payment fee which will be the greater of $30 or annualised interest at the Westpac Business Overdraft Rate plus 5% for each 14 days the amount is outstanding.

Our 20' container internal dimensions are 5.9L x 2.34W x 2.38H. This provides 13.8 m2 of floor space and a volume of 32.85 m3; about the same as a single-car garage.
